This basket has a solid wood base, making it very sturdy and stable.  The sides are woven with cane rather than the more typical rattan.  Accents are turquoise and red, and one row of weaving is braided seagrass.  Reed is hand-dyed and may fade if exposed to direct sunlight.  The basket is stained with oak tung oil.
