This small wicker bowl in reddish brown, dark brown, and natural reed is embellished with art beads.  A wicker basket is one which employs round reed for the vertical stakes rather than flat stakes.  The vertical stakes are then woven into a very sturdy rim. The diamond pattern is formed from using three weavers simultaneously rather than the more typical one.  Reed is hand-dyed and may fade if exposed to direct sunlight.  The basket is finished with clear tung oil.
