This is a very roomy market basket which has many uses.  The slightly curved sides are a result of using flat reed that has a slightly curved outer edge.  The traditional Cherokee pattern is worked in deep red and black.  It is finished with a light walnut tung oil stain.  Reed is hand-dyed and may fade if exposed to direct sunlight.
